Have a Clean Office Space

Your office space is a representation of yourself so you want it to be as efficient as possible. Efficient in the sense that it can provide a peace of mind for you to accomplish all your work neatly and effectively. Many of us have been in situations where people in offices cannot find a pen. You do not want this to be part of your reflection. You want to be able to reach for the pen with your eyes closed. Some of you may think this is easy because you just need to clean the office, however being clean and efficient are two slightly different things.
1. Your office is a reflection of yourself.
Clean up the office, swipe the dust, and have small things out of sight. However, do not merely put them in the drawer. A clean mind is a clear mind that is able to think effectively.

2. Become efficient
Learn to organize your pens, papers, and staplers, and so forth. Always put them back in the same place, do not merely throw them in the drawer because when you want to find them you probably wont.
Always keep 3 pens neatly in the upper right hand corner or left hand corner of your table office on top of a piece of paper. This will ensure quick access to any notes you need to take.
3. Reorganize at the end of the day
After a long tiring day at the office it can become difficult to retidy. This is essential because the small nuisances can pile up thus causing a snowball effect. Remember, even if it is just a little at a time it will prevent the small things from piling up.

Go for rich,

Ronald
